Depending on your order size it will be shipped out in 1-3 days after order confirmation. Weekends do not count as business days. Orders mailed after 8AM Friday well not leave post office until mail pick up the following Monday morning. Large orders may take additional time to complete, we will contact you if there will be a longer wait. Canada Post does not have tracking on Lettermail so if you need tracking select the tracked service.
Incorrect addresses are not our responsibility. If order is lost or returned because of improper address it is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of redoing or resending their order.
